Knuffke & Drye

With one ear bent towards dixieland, one towards modern classical and a third ear dedicated to free jazz and classical counterpoint, Knuffke and Drye could fit into almost any category. Although they perform in each other’s respective working groups (Bizingas and The Kirk Knuffke Quartet) this duo provides an arena to explore collective material, original compositions and more room for free improvisation.
